Sport has always played an important role in my life. As a teenager, I competed in gymnastics on the national level in my native country of Germany. Later in life I tried various different sports, and I have been an avid runner for many years.
When I started practicing yoga, I initially viewed this as just another way of keeping fit. However, I realized very quickly that yoga is so much more, and since then it has changed my life. Not only does it provide a form of safe and comprehensive exercise, but it is also an incredible method to be in touch with one's body and spirit, preparing you to face the challenges of daily life.
After practicing yoga for six years I decided to complete my Vinyasa-flow teacher training with Claire Missingham in London. This was an emotional experience that opened up a whole new approach to teaching yoga, allowing me to support you on your personal journey to your new horizons!
Recently, I completed a Restorative Yoga teacher training with Lizzie Lasater in Vienna and Yin Yoga teacher training sessions with Mona Abter in Goa, India, and Sati Tias in Moedling, Austria.
